Itamar Bartfeld

Itamar Bartfeld is an accomplished leader with extensive expertise in economic strategy, business turnaround, and growth. As founder of Da’at Finances, he has guided organizations to sustainable success.
Currently Chairperson of Tzabar Kama, Palziv Ein Hanatziv, and others, he has a proven track record in overcoming challenges and driving results.
Itamar holds a BA in Economics and Management and an MBA with highest honors from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Tal Cnaani

As the Global CEO of Palziv, Tal leads its global operations, fostering innovation and collaboration across its manufacturing sites in the U.S., Israel, Mexico, and Romania. Since joining in 2022, Tal led a strategic shift toward value-added products and customer-focused solutions, positioning Palziv for long-term growth across key industries.
With over two decades of leadership experience in retail and consumer products, Tal has held senior roles at Keter Group, Shufersal and Sears Holdings, where he led global teams and delivered sustained business growth. He brings deep expertise in strategic planning, operational execution, and business development.
Tal holds an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Tsachi Israel

Tsachi has more than 25 years of leadership experience, having held CEO and CFO positions in global private and public companies. He has expertise in strategic planning, improving sales and profitability, supporting business development efforts, and obtaining funding through equity, credit lines, and government grants.

Tsachi is a CPA and holds an MA in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Marketing, as well as a BA in Economics and Accounting.

Anat Shapira

With over 15 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry, Anat excels at driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to ISO standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

She holds a B.Sc. in Plant and Environmental Sciences , as well as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) qualification.

Janina Robu

With extensive experience in operations and general management, Janina has successfully led manufacturing and business development for FOAMOTIVE and TROPAL ROMANIA for over two decades.

She holds an engineering degree in Aeronautics from the Bucharest Faculty of Aeronautics

Shai Klein

Shai Klein brings seasoned leadership experience, with a proven track record of guiding executives and managing complex transactions.

As CEO of Palziv Israel, he leverages his in-depth knowledge of the foam industry and its key players across Israel and Europe. Shai holds a MA in Business Administration.

Shimrit Weiss

Shimrit has over two decades of experience in developing consumer products from concept to mass production. She specializes in managing complex development processes, integrating innovation, engineering, and marketing needs.

As VP of Product Development at Palziv, Shimrit leads product development across various categories, driving the planning and execution of the company’s product strategies.

Gil Matz

Gil joined Palziv in May 2023 as the CEO of Palziv North America. With 30 years of senior management experience in global companies spanning industrial and high-tech sectors, Gil applies a strategic mindset to leadership.

He is dedicated to fostering value creation and achieving operational excellence across all aspects of the business.

Gaston Cohen

Gaston has a strong track record in leadership, focusing on operations and business development.

Since joining Palziv Group in 2015, he has led Foamotive Mexico and Palziv Mexico, overseeing their establishment, expansion, and sustained growth. His efforts have positioned the plants as key suppliers to premium automotive and XLPE clients across Mexico and North America.

Noa Yonish

Noa has broad experience in B2C and B2B marketing, successfully leading strategic branding and business identity initiatives for Palziv across local and international markets. She holds an MA in Communication Arts from the New York Institute of Technology.

Shadie Bisharat

Shadie is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in global strategy and business transformation. Previously, Shadie held leadership roles including VP Sales at Arkal Automotive, President of EMEA at HAM-LET Group, and CEO at Coral SP. He has successfully led multinational teams and driven impactful cross-functional initiatives.

He holds a B. Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Technnion – Israel Institute of Technology and a Global MBA from Reichman University.

Moti Yeshurun

Moti has significant experience in steering business operations across both local and international markets. He has developed and implemented business strategies across various sectors, managed operational activities in technology companies, and contributed to the setup of factories and production systems.

Moti holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Hadas Yafe

HR consulting, talent management, coaching, and mentoring. She has a proven track record in recruiting, career development, and driving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Hadas holds an M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Yitzhak Rivlin

Yitzhak has built his career at Palziv, advancing through leadership roles in production, operations, and IT.

He has overseen the implementation of the enterprise information system, established the corporate operations infrastructure, and drives automation initiatives across sites. Yitzhak holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Systems Engineering.

Baruch Zur

Baruch has dedicated 40 years to Palziv, developing the technology behind cross-linked polyethylene foam in plates and rolls. He has led the establishment of Palziv’s international sites (Romania, Canada, and Mexico), including seven years overseeing the development of the large facility in North Carolina.

Baruch specializes in foamed plastic materials and drives material and technological innovation in Palziv’s products.
