CEO Palziv Israel

What You Will Do 

• Shape and implement the business unit’s strategy in alignment with Palziv’s global strategy 
• Commercial responsibility for foam and product sales in Israel, Europe and the UK 
• Oversee all operational aspects of the Israel site, including planning, logistics, maintenance, and shipping 
• Lead and develop production operations while aligning capabilities with market needs and the division’s growth trajectory 
• Manage a workforce of approximately 140 employees, including recruitment, retention, professional development, and training 
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of fleet technology systems (tracking, telematics, driver monitoring, and safety systems) 

Responsibilities & Authority 

• Full accountability for the business unit’s performance—financial results and product quality 
• Build the annual budget and ensure meeting all targets 
• Make strategic and operational decisions to support growth and performance 
• Oversee budgets, investments, and P&L reporting 
• Lead recruitment, retention, and development of production, managerial, and professional teams across the division 

Reporting Line 

• Reports directly to the Global CEO 

Success Metrics 

• Achieving sales and profitability targets as defined in the business plan 
• Growing the construction segment and positioning it as the leading market segment in Israel 
• Advancing additional product lines in alignment with the company’s development roadmap and establishing them as market leaders 
• Continuous improvement in production quality, customer service (SLA), and operational efficiency 

What You Need 

• Significant experience managing a business unit or division within the industrial/manufacturing sector 
• Experience working with corporate functions and collaborating with global units 
• Strong background in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain 
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development 
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing managers and leading large organizations 
• Strategic thinking, initiative, and decision-making capabilities 
• Expertise in budget management and financial reporting 
• High-level proficiency in English – required
