Quality Engineer – Solutions Division
As a Quality Engineer at Palziv Solutions, you will play a key role in leading and maintaining quality processes across production, suppliers, and customer interfaces.
This role involves handling customer complaints, analyzing non-conformities, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supporting continuous improvement initiatives — ensuring compliance with company standards and international quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and investigate customer complaints, including root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Handle non-conformities in production and supporting processes
- Collect and analyze quality data; prepare reports for management review
- Maintain and update quality procedures and work instructions
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Oversee supplier and subcontractor quality performance
- Develop and implement project-specific quality plans
Requirements
- Practical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- Prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment – mandatory
- Hands-on experience with ISO quality standards
- Experience with statistical process control and sampling plans
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work across multiple interfaces
