R&D and Engineering
Our commitment to environmental sustainability is reflected in our production process as early as the design and development phase of our products. New products that are developed undergo a rigorous process of examination and assessment of their environmental impacts. Design and process improvements are made accordingly.
Beyond this process, Palziv also endeavors to create innovative products which support our customers’ sustainability efforts. The environmental benefits of these products come in various forms, for example:
Enhanced thermal insulation conserving energy with the use of the product
Use of recycled raw materials in production of the products
Long-lasting products reduce the need for frequent replacement

Throughout our activity, we encourage all our stakeholders to take steps that will increase awareness of sustainability and environmental issues.
We expect them to implement practical mechanisms to increase efficiency, conservation of resources, and sustainable development.
At the same time, as part of the process of assessing our supply chain, we take into account the environmental impacts of our suppliers alongside business considerations in our work with them.
Energy
Most of Palziv’s buildings in Israel are equipped with solar panels, with approximately 40% of Palziv’s electricity consumption powered by this renewable energy source. In addition, by the end of this year, Palziv will complete the transition of its entire employee vehicle fleet to electric vehicles, reinforcing its commitment to the global effort to reduce emissions.
Community
Palziv Israel and Palziv North America operate in rural areas and maintain close relationships with their surrounding communities. This includes joint events, financial contributions, and proactive employee engagement.
Approximately 3% of Palziv Israel’s workforce consists of employees with special needs. Palziv actively adapts its operations to support them and continues efforts to recruit more individuals from this community.
Environmental Stewardship
Palziv continuously monitors CO2 emissions at its Israeli site and has developed a dedicated dashboard within its BI system to present this data and analyze trends.
Palziv has also conducted comprehensive LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) analyses for its construction and automotive product lines, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development.
