Our adhesive-free, flame, hot air, Infra-Red lamination equipment enables production of semi-finished composites such as:
• Multi-layered mixes made from foams of different colors and/or densities.
• Lamination of other foams types (eg. polyurethane), films, rigid sheets, textiles.
• Material may be cut to dimension and shaped after lamination.

Embossing
Material can be embossed to achieve different surface types. Our embossing models include a range of patterns such as groove, protruding, raised pyramid, ellipsoid and more.
*Special embossing designs can be accommodated, including logos or other dedicated graphics.

Adhesive Coating
Palziv offers XLPE foam with Hot Melt and Acrylic adhesive coating.
